First Commerce Bancorp, Inc. Reports the First Quarter 2024 Results and Declares a Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.04 per Common Share Lakewood, N.J., April 25, 2024 — First Commerce Bancorp, Inc. (OTC: CMRB), (the “Company”), today reported net income of $1.2 million and basic earnings per common share of $0.05 for the three months ended March 31, 2024, as compared to net income of $3.3 million and basic earnings per common share of $0.14 for the three months ended March 31, 2023.
