Donald Mindiak joined First Commerce Bank in 2019 as President and Chief Executive Officer, leading a team of more than 160 employees. FCB is a full-service community bank headquartered in Lakewood, NJ, with total assets of $1.43 billion and a branch network of 11 locations.
Donald received a BA in Chemistry from Rutgers, Newark College of Arts and Sciences, and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He began his career in 1984 with a community bank in Bayonne and has held several senior positions, including President & CEO of BCB Community Bank and Director of Internal Audit for Investors Bank.
Donald has served on various boards, including the Bayonne Medical Center Foundation Board and the Hudson County Mental Health Board. In 2023, he was named one of NJBIZ Magazine’s ICONs.
