Gregory Garcia currently serves as EVP, Chief Operating Officer for First Commerce Bank, a community bank headquartered in Lakewood, NJ. He began his career with the Bank in 2021 as the Chief Risk Officer and was promoted to COO in 2022.
Greg received a BA from Rutgers University. Prior to joining FCB, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for William Penn Bank from 2019 to 2021. He began his career in community banking in 2004 as a consultant for FinPro, Inc., where he worked for 14 years and served as the firm’s Executive Managing Director.
