LaTifa Sciscoe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and finance. She currently oversees the Information Security Department at First Commerce Bank in Lakewood, NJ, managing AI, BOT automations, Identity Access, Change Management, Risk Assessments and Information Security.
Sciscoe earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from DeSales University, along with two Associate Degrees in Applied Science: Accounting, and Computer Information Technology: Networking from Northampton Community College.
She started her career at First Commerce Bank in April 2012 as a Senior Accountant and has since advanced to Assistant Treasurer, Senior Vice President, and previously held Chief Technology Officer. With nearly 25 years of experience in the banking industry, LaTifa has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation, contributing significantly to the success and growth of First Commerce Bank.
